Reiki One is a two day course based on self healing. You will receive Reiki attunements, over the two days. The attunement process allows you to be opened and aligned to the Reiki energy, enabling you to begin to be able to channel it through your hands. As well as being able to self heal; you will also be able to heal your family and friends. This course is provided with full course notes.
This course is available to anyone who may wish to learn Reiki healing as it incorporates all religions and belief systems. Children can also learn Reiki One as I have written a simplified and fun course for them to explore and learn.
Reiki One course includes:
At the end of this course, you will feel and understand how energy works, be able to give yourself a treatment and be able to give treatments to family and friends.
Reiki Two is the practitioner level and is taught over two days. Once completed, this certificated course will allow you to treat clients as a professional Reiki Practitioner, for which you may charge a fee. As well as becoming a Practitioner, this second degree also deepens the Reiki teachings and continues to expand your energies. Over the period of this course, you will receive further Reiki attunements. This course is provided with full course notes.
Any student having completed a Reiki One course. There should be a minimum of three months between learning Reiki One and Reiki Two.
Reiki Two course includes:
At the end of this course, you will feel confident in giving a Reiki treatment to a professional standard. You will be encouraged to practice on friends and family and supported to begin your own Reiki practice.
In-person | 3-Day Immersive Training
Shinpiden is the Japanese word for “mystery teachings.”
It is the third level of Reiki and represents a deepening rather than an ending — an invitation into a lifelong relationship with Reiki as a spiritual path.
This course is open to Reiki Level II practitioners and established Reiki Teachers who feel called to continue their personal journey with sincerity, depth, and devotion to the traditional Japanese roots of Reiki. Shinpiden is not solely about becoming a teacher; it is equally suited to those who wish to embody Reiki more fully in their lives and offer it naturally to those around them.
At this level, self-empowerment arises not from techniques alone, but through direct experience of Reiki and of who you truly are.
Shinpiden supports you in remembering what has always been true:
that you are — and always have been — a great, bright light.
Through working with the fourth Japanese symbol and mantra, participants are guided into a lived experience of clarity, presence, and deep inner authority. This is not something to strive for, but something to remember.
Alongside this inner remembering, Shinpiden offers a thorough and embodied understanding of:
Over three in-person days, you will receive:
Teaching is experiential, spacious, and rooted in direct practice rather than information alone.
This training may be especially supportive if you:
