Hello, I’m Sharon Chapman—a practitioner, teacher, and mentor with over 27 years of experience in Reflexology, Reiki, and intuitive energy healing.

I support others in reconnecting with the wisdom of the body, cultivating self-awareness, and developing their intuitive healing abilities. 

Through treatments, workshops, and mentoring, I hold space for both deep personal healing and the growth of confident, grounded practitioners.

My work is rooted in natural, gentle approaches that honour the whole self—mind, body, and spirit.

Heartwood Healing is for anyone looking to slow down, reconnect, and care for themselves in a more intentional way. 

I offer a range of treatments and workshops—from Reiki and reflexology to mindfulness and energy-based practices—all designed to support your wellbeing, inside and out.

About Me

I’m always learning and growing in my work. I regularly attend continuing professional development courses to keep my skills up to date and to stay inspired. I’ve always loved practices like meditation and yoga, and over the years I’ve explored many ancient healing traditions. 

Alongside Reiki and reflexology, I’ve trained in Egyptian healing, Rahanni, and more recently, Quantum healing.

I’m especially interested in the connection between the mind, body, and heart — how it all weaves together — and I bring a lot of experience in supporting others through that lens. 

I offer a calm, grounded space where you can explore what you need, at your own pace. 

My approach is holistic, intuitive, and centred around personal growth and healing.
