Teaching Reiki is about far more than learning how to offer attunements.
It is a commitment to your own practice, your personal development, and your ability to hold safe, supportive learning spaces for others.
At Heartwood Healing, I believe confident Reiki teachers are developed through experience, mentoring and embodied practice—not simply through completing another course.
For this reason, our Teacher Mentorship follows a carefully supported pathway that allows your teaching to emerge naturally from your own Reiki practice.

The first stage is the three-day Shinpiden Level 3 Reiki Master Training.
This programme is centred on your personal development, your relationship with Reiki and the embodiment of Master-level practice.
It is not the Professional Reiki Teacher Mentorship. It provides the personal and practical foundation from which the teaching pathway may later develop.
Students from all Reiki lineages are welcome.
You must have completed a Reiki Level 2 certification course, ideally at least nine months previously, although some students may feel ready sooner.
Students who completed Reiki Levels 1 and 2 with another teacher are welcome, provided both courses included face-to-face attunements with their teacher.
Please contact me before booking if you would like to discuss your previous training or readiness for Shinpiden.
Following Shinpiden, time is given for the teachings and practices to be integrated.
During this period, you will be expected to continue developing your personal Reiki practice and demonstrate your commitment to the path.
Progression into the Professional Reiki Teacher Mentorship is not automatic. It is considered individually and begins when we both feel that you are ready to move into teaching, facilitation and professional development.

Once you have completed Shinpiden and demonstrated your commitment to continued Reiki practice, you may be invited to progress into the Professional Reiki Teacher Mentorship.
This is a supported programme in teaching, facilitation and professional development.
