My treatment room is in Wheathampstead 

but I also offer treatments in the comfort of your own home or work space.

On the first visit I will include a consultation where we'll have a chat about your medical history and lifestyle (which is kept confidential). I will work with you to develop a treatment plan and then you can sit back and relax.

(Appointments for men on referral only) 

Reflexology is suitable for all ages and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Reflexology is tailored to your individual requirement and takes into account both physical and non-physical factors.

You can have as many treatments as you wish but 6 booked in a row are recommended to gain the best results.
